I am working on a new project. Its called keeping my mouth shut. I am doing this because every time I open it, well, the truth comes out. I learned recently that most can’t handle the truth. I havent yet learned to hide my contempt, so therein lies the rub.
The unusal side effect of this monumental restraint on my part is that everyone keeps asking me why I am so quiet. I really want to tell them that its to keep me from speaking to idiots. I soldier on. I really wish that faking niceness was in my ken.
