In 2007, Gallup asked thousands of US workers a provocative question: “At work, do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?” Shockingly, only 32% of people said that they did.

What’s Brewing? Unemployment

Image via WikipediaToday, some buds of mine lost their jobs at Starbucks Coffee Company. Most had worked for the company over 5 years. It only took 15 to let them go. The ones that didn’t get fired now work in an environment of uncertainty.
