Ok, so I have seven days left at my temp assignment. For the last week, I have been training my real actual employee with benefits replacement. This is the guy who got hired over me. He makes about 3 dollars and hour more than me. And I am training him. Technically, he can tell me what to do, yet, I am schooling him on all of the mind numbing intricacies of the work at hand. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Even better, is that it is going completely undetected. Not even a “hey Sean, thanks for making the best of a difficult situation” card or anything. I love Starbucks, but this department blows. Big time.
